Multi-level Marketing(MLM)

This is also known as Binary Chain model of MLM. This is the MLM model used by Altos Enterprises Ltd. for the commission to their leaders. A Binary Plan employs a Two Legged (Left leg, Right Leg) structure in MLM where each new distributor or members is placed in either left or right subtree  , One subtree is known as power leg and the other weak leg. The first person you make them join in each leg is known as your frontline or your direct, after that people under them are known as your downline and you will be know as upline. The joining in power leg is done in the collaboration of upline & downline themselves but you have to manage and make a great team from your weak leg because here only upline will give seminars and advice to them but it is a whole team you have to manage most of the time. If you consider the image as an example the sponsor is your upline and you are the referrer (in the middle of sponsor and you named man) and the you named man is your direct and people under them is your downline. As you can see till the direct joining is being done in right leg so here right leg is power leg and left leg is weak leg which is managed by direct himself.

Now you can get a question that if company has its own website and team, then what are we doing here ?
